Chocolate Protein Spinach Pancake
Have you ever had a craving for pancakes but wanted to eat very healthy?
Try these pancakes out and satisfy your chocolate craving at the same time.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 serving Chocolate Shakeology
- Spinach (2 green containers)
- A little bit of water
- 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Blend the spinach, eggs and Shakeology in the blender. Add water based on your preferred consistency.
Add the coconut oil to the pan and then pour 1/2 cup of batter to the pan.
Flip after one minute.
Once the pancakes are made, slice a half of a banana on top of your stack.
Melt the peanut butter (in the microwave) and then pour it over your pancakes.
